Nice light pair of snowshoes. I initially had some issues with the heel strap so contacted customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Turned out I was not using the buckle correctly and once it was explained to me with photos in an email I had the problem solved easily. Once adjusted where I want it I can leave the heel strap alone and just put my boot onto the snowshoe put the heel strap in position and do up the ankle and toe harnesses. I use mine mainly on snowshoe trails and I very happy with them. I definitely recommend these snowshoes.
J'ai pu essayé mes raquettes avec la tempête ce weekend au chalet. Je les adore! J'en fait normalement plus en sentier et donc pris des 9x25, mais elles allaient tout de même super bien dans un bon 2 pieds de neige fraiche !!
