I felt guilty leaving my dog at home when I would paddle board with a friend who has one of his litter mates and she gets to join. While my dog is much bigger than his sister I needed a bigger board. The Oak seemed to be what I needed being wider and being able to handle the extra weight of a 100lb dog. One short paddle and it was a great success......he was chill like he had been on one before unlike his sister who ends up in the water a few times every excursion.

We tried our new The Wild Tribe SUPs for the first time over the past two days at Pinery Provincial Park. We are both in our 70's and we have never been on a SUP. We had a great experience! The videos on the website showed us exactly how to get ready for the water. We standing up and paddling as soon as we were on the water. The boards are stable while also being maneuverable. We are 100% satisfied with purchase and feel that we made the right choice in going with The Wild Tribe.

We have 2 11’ Columbia boards. Quick and easy to air up. So far we have just used as kayaks with the optional seat. Well built and easy to pack into the wheeled backpack.

reluctant at first of an inflatable sup, being 15 yrs on a 12’6” v-stern rigid sup… shocked at the rigidity, responsiveness and tracking… add in the ease of portability and my rigid is now collecting dust;)

Ordering and delivery process
Very smooth no issues whatsoever. If you are in Canada expect fast shipping. I am located in GTA Ontario and got the purchase in about two days. Less actually.

The board itself
I am about 190-200lbs so from my last experience with a body glove board and a rental I definitely felt unstable a bit on those boards. The sequoia stiff board worked quite nicely for my body weight. I pumped it to about 18.5 psi , 19.5 psi since i was a bit hesitant to get it up to 20 psi. I love the carbon fibre paddle shaft. I have seen reviews of other paddle boards online that have pointed to the heavier shafts. This is amazing. Love it. Very light. The leash is great and solid. No complains there.

Touring
I haven’t taken it in choppy waters just calm lakes so didn’t feel the need to use all the three fins at all times but i did add it on my last trip on a lake. The speed is definitely noticeable and feels great. It sits close to the water so i guess it feels like it cruises more ? I definitely enjoy tracking on this far better than the rental i had and just sitting on it on the water for a nice relaxing evening. I can easily do 3-6 strokes before switching to the other side. Sometimes more. I am still getting used to the paddle board and paddling but i have already purchased the wet bag, bottle holder, cleaner ( it smells super fresh and clean) am hoping to take it out lot more often before winter hits.

The electric pump
Works great. Filled it and used it twice so far. You do have to make sure to set it right angle else there will be air leakage. Don’t use hand pump much since its effort a lot lol.

Some thoughts :
PS : Even according to ChatGPT and grok on a basic comparison between Wild tribe and other brands, price to performance ratios, the AI chose Wild tribe with around a 1k Canadian dollar budget that punches above its weight class. Excellent value. Will recommend this to others. Some feedback : The website is too visually busy so some cleaning there will help with product selection and checkout much easily. The checkout with shop is great.

Love this board! Ended up buying 2 so y wife and daughter can enjoy together. Big enough for my dog too. Stable well built and easy to pack and unpack.

I finally got around to taking my Sequoia 11" iSUP out for a test ride. I have 2 45Ilb dogs, so used the seat and used it as a kayak on the first ride. With 2 dogs I found it as advertised. It was very stable and moved quicker than I thought it would. On the second voyage, I took one dog ands stood up as it should be used. Again, very stable and was again faster than I thought. Everything I need fits in the back back and I look forward to exploring a lot more lakes.

The ordering process was great, easy and the boards were delivered on time. Everything arrived as expected, the quality is great!

Beautiful paddleboard with a stunning design and excellent stability—perfect for smooth and confident rides. The included paddle is a bit heavy, but I’m excited to upgrade to a carbon paddle soon. Overall, a great board!
